摘 要:为了设计舱门摇臂静力试验方案并验证试验方案的可行性,根据适航条款对静力试验机的主要参数进行了分析,明确了试验机对元件的加载要求,并进行了试验误差因素分析。运用SolidWorks对主要影响试验结果的夹具零件进行了结构设计,并通过ANSYS Workbench进行了不同加载方式下的应变误差分析,验证其强度、刚度是否满足使用要求。结合准则建立试验方案并对模拟元件进行试验。最终得到了在双95可靠性分析下舱门摇臂试验结果与有限元仿真结果的误差值,满足测试要求,验证了试验方案的可行性,同时也为类似元件的静力试验提供了理论基础和技术支撑,具有广泛的应用价值和现实意义。In order to design the static test scheme of the door rocker arm and verify the feasibility of the test scheme,the main working parameters of the static testing machine are analyzed in combination with the interpretation of relevant airworthiness clauses,the loading requirements of the components of the testing machine are defined,and the error factors are analyzed.SolidWorks is used to design the structure of the fixture parts which mainly affect the test results,and the strain error analysis under different loading modes is carried out by ANSYS Workbench and verifies that its strength and stiffness meet the use requirements.Combined with the criteria,the test scheme is established and the simulated components are tested.Finally,the error value between the test results of the door rocker arm and the finite element simulation results under the double 95 reliability analysis is obtained,which meets the test requirements and verifies the feasibility of the test scheme.At the same time,it also plays a theoretical basis and technical support role for the static test of similar components,which has wide application value and practical significance.
