摘 要:在等离子体喷涂中,通常采用高温高压等离子惰性气体喷射粉末至金属表面,以此实现表面镀膜。喷涂等离子体的密度和温度是否恰当合理,通常通过惰性气体的发射光谱来诊断。文中采用相对论方法结合德拜屏蔽模型计算了等离子体喷涂中类氢氦离子发射光谱对应的跃迁能、跃迁概率和振子强度等光谱参数,分析了光谱参数随德拜屏蔽长度的变化规律,分别拟合出了跃迁能、跃迁概率和振子强度的对数与德拜屏蔽长度对数间的解析关系式,以期为氦等离子体喷涂中等离子体状态的诊断提供参考。In plasma spraying,high temperature and high pressure plasma inert gas is often used to spray powder to metal surface to achieve surface coating.The appropriate density and temperature of the sprayed plasma is usually determined by the emission spectrum of the inert gas.This paper uses the method of relativity theory combined with the Debye screening model to calculate the hydrogen-like ion emission spectrum in helium plasma spraying corresponds to the transition energy,transition probability and oscillator strength of spectral parameters.The variation of spectrum parameters changing with the length of the Debye screening is analyzed.The analytical relation between both the logarithm value of transition energy,transition probability,oscillator strength and the logarithm value of Debye screening length is fitted out.The results can provide reference for the diagnosis of plasma state in helium plasma spraying.
