摘 要:设计了一款偏心轮式快速夹紧法兰,能够实现快速松弛和夹紧,简化了机构结构,节省松弛和夹紧时间。分析了偏心轮式快速夹紧法兰的密封性,利用PVRC垫片常数设计法兰,保证螺栓装配载荷,实现了较为理想的密封性,符合基本管道运输的要求。设计了螺栓的布置形式,确定了其结构及尺寸,对其进行力学分析以验算其力学性能。对偏心轮式快速夹紧法兰进行虚拟装配,设计了整体效果图,为实现其制造及量产提供了可行性思路。该法兰结构快捷方便,同时可减少泄漏率。An eccentric wheel-type quick-clamping flange is designed,which can realize quick release and clamping,simplify the mechanism structure,and save the release and clamping time.The tightness of the eccentric wheel-type quick-clamping flange is analyzed,and the PVRC gasket constant is used to design the flange to ensure the bolt assembly load,achieve ideal tightness,and meet the requirements of basic pipeline transportation.The layout of the designed bolts is determined,its structure and size are determined,and its mechanical properties are checked and calculated by its mechanical analysis.The virtual assembly of the eccentric wheel-type quick-clamping flange and the design of the overall rendering provide a feasible idea for its manufacturing and mass production.The flange construction is convenient and reduces leakage rates.
