摘 要:以风机3种轮毂腹板表面(内凹、外凸和平面)对轮毂静强度与疲劳强度的影响为研究对象,采用有限元仿真计算方法,基于ANSYS软件分析不同轮毂腹板表面下轮毂的受力情况。结果表明,轮毂腹板内凹不利于极限强度,轮毂腹板外凸对极限强度影响不大,甚至会产生一定有利影响;腹板内凹对轮毂腹板过线孔、腹板连接内圆弧、腹板大圆孔的疲劳强度产生较大不利影响,对轮毂腹板内侧凸台的疲劳强度产生一定的有利影响;腹板外凸对轮毂腹板内侧凸台与腹板连接内圆弧的疲劳强度产生一定的不利影响,对轮毂腹板过线孔与腹板大圆孔的疲劳强度产生一定的有利影响。Taking the influence of hub web surfaces(concave,convex and flat)of the wind turbine on the static strength and fatigue strength of the hub as the research object,the finite element method is used to analyze the degree of influence of different hub web surfaces on the hub strength based on ANSYS.The results indicate that the inner concave hub web is not conducive to the ultimate strength results,while the outer convex hub web has little or even certain favorable effects on the ultimate strength results.The concave web has a great adverse effect on the fatigue strength results of the webs through hole,the inner arc of the web connection and the large circular hole of the web,and has a certain favorable effect on the fatigue strength results of the boss inside the hub web.The convex of web has a certain adverse effect on the fatigue strength results of the boss inside the hub web and the inner arc of the web connection,and has a certain favorable effect on the fatigue strength results of the webs through hole and the large circular hole of the web.
