摘  要:针对大型带锯床的异常笨重、制造难度大、产品经济性差的问题,将带锯床在主动轮、张紧轮的基础上增设轮排结构,并将锯架作同步改进,在满足大型工件的加工需要的基础上,结构更加经济、实用。另外,增设带锯条扳转机构和工作台进给机构,可实现横纵两个方向的切割,增加带锯床功能,提高工件的加工效率。Aiming at the problems of bulky,difficult to manufacture and poor product economy of large band sawing machines,a wheel row structure is added on the basis of the driving wheel and tensioning wheel of the band sawing machine,and the saw frame was improved synchronously.On the basis of meeting the processing needs of large workpieces,the structure is more economical and practical.In addition,the band saw blade turning structure and the table feeding mechanism are added,which can realize the cutting in both horizontal and vertical directions.The band saw function is added,and the machining efficiency of the workpiece is improved.
