摘 要:针对某型皮卡在高速行驶时发生的方向盘摆振现象,在模态分析的理论基础上,利用CATIA建立了转向系统三维模型并导入ABAQUS进行约束模态分析,获取方向盘发生变化的前10阶固有频率和振型,通过计算车轮高速运转时的一阶不平衡激励频率,对比分析振动的固有频率。得出车轮的一阶不平衡激励为摆振的主要原因,为今后的设计提供一定的理论依据。Aiming at the steering wheel shimmy phenomenon that occurs when a certain type of pickup truck is driving at high speed,based on the theoretical basis of modal analysis,a three-dimensional model of the steering system is established using CATIA and imported into ABAQUS for constrained modal analysis.The natural frequency and mode shape of the first 10 orders of steering wheel changes are obtained.By calculating the first-order unbalanced excitation frequency when the wheels are running at high speed,the natural frequency of vibration is compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the first-order unbalanced excitation of the wheel is the main reason for the shimmy,which provides a certain theoretical basis for future design.
