基于CATIA的轻型载货汽车地面线的制作方法

摘　　要：在轻型载货汽车设计过程中诸多尺寸的测量及法规校核均需用到地面线,文中主要研究如何利用设计中车辆已确定参数来制作地面线,并将该方法在CATIA中通过参数和公式与几何图形关联直接生成车辆在空载和满载状态下的地面线。在CATIA中建立了生成地面线的模型,若在设计过程中相关参数发生变化或者生成其他车型的地面线,只需直接更改相关参数数值,地面线即可更新。使用该方法制作的地面线通过实物验证,误差范围在5 mm内,应用于车辆设计过程中的测量和校核具有极高可信度。In the design process of light trucks,the ground line is required for the measurement of many dimensions and the verification of regulations.This paper mainly studies how to use the determined parameters of the vehicle in the design to make the ground line,and directly generates the ground line of the vehicle under no-load and full-load conditions by associating the parameters and formulas with the geometry in CATIA.Once the model for generating the ground line is established in CATIA,if the relevant parameters change during the design process or the ground line of other models is generated,it is only necessary to directly change the relevant parameter value,and the ground line can be updated.The ground line produced by this method is verified by physical objects,and the error range is within 5 mm,and the measurement and verification used in the vehicle design process have high reliability.
