摘 要:目前国内游梁平衡抽油机多以弯游梁形式存在,称为调径变矩型抽油机或两级平衡游梁抽油机。多数观点认为调径变矩型抽油机游梁及平衡重下偏后具有节能效果,比普通曲柄平衡的游梁式抽油机节能20%~30%。文中设计了一种直游梁抽油机,经现场实际测试获得了比弯游梁抽油机更小的峰值电流。通过理论分析、软件仿真模拟及实测抽油机运行电流等手段,研究了游梁角变化对抽油机能耗的影响。At present,most of the domestic beam-balanced pumping units exist in the form of curved beams,which are called diameter-adjustable and variable-torque pumping units or two-stage balanced beam pumping units.Most of the viewpoints believe that the adjustable diameter and variable torque type pumping unit can save energy by 20%~30%compared with the ordinary crank-balanced beam pumping unit.This paper designs a straight beam pumping unit.Compared with the curved beam pumping unit,a smaller peak current is obtained through the actual test on site.By means of theoretical analysis,software simulation and actual measurement of the running current of the pumping unit,the influence of the change of the beam angle on the energy consumption of the pumping unit is studied.
