摘  要:介绍了一种无尾架型叉车平衡重的加工方式,以及从镗床和钻床转移到卧式加工中心的生产工装工艺开发实践。无尾架型叉车平衡重需要进行钻铣加工,在镗床和钻床加工过程中暴露出加工精度差、生产效率低等问题。卧式加工中心有着高效、高精度等特点,公司引进设备以后将无尾架型叉车平衡重的生产线转移到卧式加工中心以提高产能。加工需要设计工装、吊具及加工步骤,跟踪试制过程以发现改善点,进一步提高产能。这次生产实践为以后的产能提高提供了可借鉴的经验。This paper introduces a processing method of tailstockless forklift counterweight,which is transferred from boring machine and drilling machine to the production tooling process of horizontal machining center.The tailstockless forklift counterweight needs to be drilled and milled,which exposes problems such as poor machining accuracy and low production efficiency during the boring and drilling process.The horizontal machining center has the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision.After the company introduced the equipment,the production line of tailstockless forklift counterweight is transferred to the horizontal machining center to increase the production capacity.Processing requires designing tooling,spreaders and processing steps,tracking the trial production process to find improvement points,and further increase production capacity.This production practice provides a reference for future production capacity improvement.
