摘 要:采用由盐雾老化单元和电晕老化单元组成的多因素电晕老化系统模拟沿海环境,对硫化硅橡胶的疏水性、表面电阻率和介电性能进行了研究。结果表明,表面盐沉积的增加会加剧硅橡胶材料的电晕老化性能。老化程度可以通过疏水性、表面电阻率和介电性能来表征;电晕放电会在硅橡胶材料的浅层产生微结构缺陷,在老化过程中,水分和盐分会渗入浅层,导致表面电阻率下降;介电特性(tanδ和ε')与盐层水平呈正相关。盐沉积主要影响介质在低频(<1 kHz)的电导损失和界面极化,在高频(≥1 kHz)的极化特征中影响不大。在沿海环境下,盐层的增加会加剧硅橡胶材料的电晕老化。A multi-factor corona aging system composed of salt spray aging unit and corona aging unit was used to simulate the coastal environment.The hydrophobicity,surface resistivity and dielectric properties of vulcanized silicone rubber were studied.The results show that the increase of surface salt deposition will aggravate the corona aging performance of silicone rubber materials.The aging degree can be characterized by hydrophobicity,surface resistivity and dielectric properties;corona discharge will produce microstructure defects in the shallow layer of silicone rubber materials.During aging,water and salt will infiltrate into the shallow layer,resulting in the decrease of surface resistivity.The dielectric properties(tan δ and ε')are positively correlated with the salt layer level.Salt deposition mainly affects the conductivity loss and interface polarization of the medium at low frequency(<1 kHz),but has little effect on the polarization characteristics at high frequency(≥1 kHz).In coastal environment,the increase of salt layer will aggravate the corona aging of silicone rubber materials.
