摘 要:介绍了尼卡巴嗪中间体4,4'-二硝基二苯基脲的4种合成工艺路线,根据原料来源不同可分为光气法、异氰酸酯法、尿素法和三光气法。主要利用对硝基苯胺和光气、对硝基苯异氰酸酯、尿素以及三光气为原料合成4,4'-二硝基二苯基脲,分析了这些合成路线的优缺点,分析表明,以对硝基苯胺和三光气为原料的合成工艺路线所需反应时间短,收率和纯度较高,适用于工业化生产,但该工艺需使用有机碱为缚酸剂且后处理较复杂,因此亟待提出一种消除或减少缚酸剂的绿色环保合成工艺路线。This paper introduces four synthetic process routes of 4,4'-dinitrodiphenylurea,an intermediate of nicarbazin,which can be divided into phosgene method,isocyanate method,urea method and triphosgene method according to the source of raw materials.Mainly using p-nitroaniline and phosgene,p-nitrophenyl isocyanate,urea and triphosgene as raw materials to synthesize 4,4'-dinitrodiphenylurea,the advantages and disadvantages of these synthetic routes were analyzed.The synthetic process route of aniline and triphosgene as raw materials requires short reaction time,high yield and purity,and is suitable for industrial production,but this process needs to use organic bases as acid binding agents and the post-processing is more complicated,so it is urgent to propose a kind of a green and environmentally friendly synthetic process route to eliminate or reduce acid binding agents.
