摘 要:针对氨法脱硫由于氨逃逸而产生的硫酸铵气溶胶和硫酸铵细微颗粒,导致吸收塔出口颗粒物含量增加,无法实现氨法脱硫颗粒物达标排放的情况,提出从优化工艺参数、改进吸收塔内部结构和增设除尘装备3个方面采取措施控制颗粒物含量。对新疆某煤化工公司2×103 m^(3)/a煤制天然气项目热电装置1^(#)~4^(#)机组4台4×480 t/h锅炉的烟气氨-硫酸铵法脱硫工艺,进行脱硫、除尘超低排放增容改造。实际运行结果表明,颗粒物含量得到有效控制,排放烟尘的质量浓度均在5 mg/m^(3)之下,达到超低排放标准。In view of the situation that ammonium sulfate aerosol and ammonium sulfate fine particles produced by ammonia escape in ammonia desulfurization lead to the increase of particulate matter content at the outlet of the absorption tower and cannot achieve the standard emission of particulate matter in ammonia desulfurization,it is proposed to take measures to control particulate matter content from three aspects:optimizing process parameters,improving the internal structure of the absorption tower and adding dust removal equipment.The ammonia-ammonium sulfate desulfurization process of flue gas from four 4×480 t/h boilers of 1^(#)~4^(#) units in a 2×10^(3) m^(3)/a coal-to-natural gas project of a coal chemical company in Xinjiang was carried out,and the ultra-low emission capacity of desulfurization and dust removal was increased.The actual operation results show that the particle content is effectively controlled,and the mass concentration of soot emission is below 5 mg/m^(3),reaching the ultra-low emission standard.
