长效重组人生长激素治疗对生长激素缺乏症患儿生长情况及IGF-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨长效重组人生长激素治疗对生长激素缺乏症(GHD)患儿生长情况及血清胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)水平的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年5月我院收治的72例GHD患儿,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组。观察组采用长效聚乙二醇重组人生长激素治疗,对照组采用短效重组人生长激素治疗,比较两组的生长情况及IGF-1水平。结果 治疗1年后,两组的HTSDS、体质量、生长速度均显著高于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组的HTSDS、体质量、生长速度均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗1年后,两组的IGF-1水平均显著高于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组的IGF-1水平显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 长效重组人生长激素治疗能够有效促进GHD患儿生长,改善IGF-1水平。Objective To explore the impact of long-acting recombinant human growth hormone therapy on growth and serum insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) level of children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD).Methods 72 children with GHD admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with long-acting polyethylene glycol recombinant human growth hormone,and the control group was treated with short-acting recombinant human growth hormone.The growth and IGF-1 level were compared between the two groups.Results After1 year of treatment,the HTSDS,body weight and growth speed of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the HTSDS,body weight and growth speed of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the levels of IGF-1 in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the level of IGF-1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Long-acting recombinant human growth hormone therapy can effectively promote the growth of children with GHD and improve the level of IGF-1.
