清肺止咳汤治疗痰热壅肺证咳嗽患儿的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨清肺止咳汤治疗痰热壅肺证咳嗽患儿的临床效果。方法 98例痰热壅肺证咳嗽患儿随机分为两组各49例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以清肺止咳汤治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,咳嗽气粗、痰多稠黄、烦热口干积分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见严重不良反应发生。结论 清肺止咳汤治疗痰热壅肺证咳嗽患儿的效果显著,利于缓解临床症状,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Zhike decoction in the treatment of children with cough of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome.Methods 98 cases of children with cough of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Zhike decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of cough with thick breathe,thick and yellow phlegm,and dysphoric fever and dry mouth were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusions Qingfei Zhike decoction in the treatment of children with cough of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome has significant effect and high safety,and is beneficial to relieve clinical symptoms.
