摘 要:目的 探讨TB-DNA联合结核菌(TB)培养在活动性肺结核诊断中的价值。方法 选取活动性肺结核患者471例为肺结核组,非肺结核患者287例为非肺结核组,均进行TB-DNA检测和TB培养,分析TB-DNA检测、 TB培养及二者联合的诊断效能。结果 TB-DNA检测联合TB培养诊断活动性肺结核的灵敏度高于单项TB-DNA检测及单项TB培养(P <0.05)。结论 TB-DNA检测可快速诊断结核病,TB-DNA检测联合TB培养的检出率更高,可有效提高诊断率,有利于早期诊断结核病。Objective To explore the value of TB-DNA combined with tuberculosis(TB) culture in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 471 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the pulmonary tuberculosis group,and 287non-pulmonary tuberculosis patients were selected as the non-pulmonary tuberculosis group.TB-DNA detection and TB culture were performed in both groups,and the diagnostic efficacy of TB-DNA detection,TB culture and TB-DNA detection combined with TB culture were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of TB-DNA detection combined with TB culture in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis was higher than that of single TB-DNA detection and single TB culture(P <0.05).Conclusions TB-DNA detection can quickly diagnose tuberculosis.TB-DNA detection combined with TB culture has a higher detection rate,which can effectively improve the diagnosis rate and is conducive to early diagnosis of tuberculosis.
