培哚普利联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病对患者血脂及血管舒张功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨培哚普利联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病对患者血脂及血管舒张功能的影响。方法 100例冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组予以瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组予以培哚普利联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组的治疗前后的血脂、血管舒张功能,以及用药安全性。结果 治疗后,观察组的TG、 TC、 LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组,HDL-C水平显著高于对照组,血管舒张功能FMD显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论 与瑞舒伐他汀相比,培哚普利联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病患者的效果更佳,利于调节血脂,改善血管舒张功能,用药安全性较高。Objective To explore the impact of perindopril combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease on patients’ blood lipids and vasodilation function.Methods 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with perindopril combined with rosuvastatin.The blood lipids and vasodilation function before and after treatment,and the medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the level of HDL-C was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the FMD of vasodilation function was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusions Compared with rosuvastatin,perindopril combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease has better effect,which is conducive to regulating blood lipids,improving vasodilation function,and has higher medication safety.
