椎管内阻滞麻醉应用时机对初产妇产程及母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨椎管内阻滞麻醉应用时机对初产妇产程及母婴结局的影响。方法 100例初产妇随机分为观察组(潜伏期椎管内阻滞麻醉)与对照组(活跃期椎管内阻滞麻醉),比较两组的产程及母婴结局。结果 观察组的第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的新生儿不良结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组产妇的低血压、头痛、产后出血、产后尿潴留发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 潜伏期椎管内阻滞麻醉可缩短初产妇的产程时间,改善母婴结局。Objective To explore the impact of application timing of intraspinal block anesthesia on labor process and maternal and infant outcomes of primiparae.Methods 100 cases of primiparae were randomly divided into the observation group(intraspinal block anesthesia at latent period) and the control group(intraspinal block anesthesia at activity period).The labor process and maternal-infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first stage of labor,second stage of labor and total labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusions Intraspinal block anesthesia at latent period can shorten the labor process and improve the maternal-infant outcomes of primiparae.
