血常规红细胞指标在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析血常规红细胞指标在贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取162例贫血患者作为观察组,根据贫血类型将观察组分为缺铁性贫血亚组、失血性贫血亚组、地中海贫血亚组、溶血性贫血亚组、巨幼细胞性贫血亚组;另选取同期65例健康者作为对照组。入选对象均进行血常规红细胞指标检测,比较观察组与对照组以及观察组内各亚组的血常规红细胞指标水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组的Hb、MCV、MCH、RBC水平显著更低,RDW水平显著更高(P<0.05);与其他亚组相比,缺铁性贫血亚组的Hb、RBC水平显著更高,MCV、MCH、RDW水平显著更低(P<0.05);与其他亚组相比,溶血性贫血亚组、巨幼细胞性贫血亚组MCV、RDW水平显著更高(P<0.05)。结论贫血患者的血常规红细胞指标水平与健康人群存在差异,不同类型贫血患者的指标水平也各有不同,血常规红细胞指标可为贫血的鉴别诊断提供重要参考。Objective To analyze the application value of blood routine red blood cell indicators in differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods 162 patients with anemia were selected as the observation group,and the observation group was divided into iron deficiency anemia subgroup,blood loss anemia subgroup,thalassemia subgroup,hemolytic anemia subgroup,and megaloblastic anemia subgroup according to the types of anemia.65 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period.All the selected subjects underwent blood routine red blood cell indicator detection,and the levels of blood routine red blood cell indicators were compared between the observation group and the control group,and among the subgroups in the observation group.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of Hb,MCV,MCH and RBC in the observation group were significantly lower,and the level of RDW was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with other subgroups,the iron deficiency anemia subgroup had significantly higher levels of Hb and RBC,and significantly lower levels of MCV,MCH and RDW(P<0.05);Compared with other subgroups,the hemolytic anemia subgroup and megaloblastic anemia subgroup had significantly higher levels of MCV and RDW(P<0.05).Conclusions There are differences in the levels of blood routine red blood cell indicators in patients with anemia and healthy people,and the indicator levels in patients with different types of anemia are also different.Blood routine red blood cell indicators can provide important reference for the differential diagnosis of anemia.
