摘　　要：目的 探讨中医护理干预对COPD急性加重期患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法 84例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为两组各42例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以中医护理干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果 护理后,观察组的SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组,FVC、 FEV_(1)、 FEV_(1)/FVC以及SF-36评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 中医护理干预可有效改善COPD急性加重期患者的心理状态与肺功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the psychological state and quality of life of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.Methods 84 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)/FVC and SF-36 score were higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological state,lung function and quality of life of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
