摘 要:目的建立并应用手术室仪器设备管理质量敏感指标体系,推动手术室仪器设备管理向规范化发展。方法于2019年11-12月成立研究小组,并进行2轮专家函询,确立“手术室仪器设备管理质量敏感指标体系”。于2021年1月将构建的“手术室仪器设备管理质量敏感指标体系”应用于临床,比较2021年1月(培训前)与2022年1月(培训后)我院手术室仪器设备管理质量敏感指标体系中结果指标的差异。结果最终构建了包含3项一级指标、6项二级指标、16项三级指标在内的手术室仪器设备管理质量敏感指标体系;2轮函询专家积极系数均为100%,权威系数为0.881和0.892,协调系数为0.123~0.152和0.257~0.271,P<0.001。与2021年1月相比,2022年1月手术室仪器设备维修率从3.36%下降至1.23%,手术室仪器设备故障报损率从1.31%下降至0.56%;护理人员对手术室仪器设备使用的满意率从80%升至100%,医生对手术室仪器设备使用的满意率从70%升至96.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建的手术室仪器设备管理质量敏感指标体系科学、实用,有利于手术室仪器设备管理质量的提升。Objective To establish and apply a quality-sensitive index system for the management of operating room instruments and equipment, and to promote the standardization development of the management of operating room instruments and equipment. Methods Based on 2 rounds of expert correspondence, a system of sensitive indicators for quality management of operating room instrumentation and equipment were establish.The differences in quality sensitive indicators for the management of operating room instruments and equipment in our hospital in January 2021 and January 2022 were compared.Results The quality-sensitive indicators system for the management of operating room instruments and equipment was finally constructed, including 3 primary indicators, 6 secondary indicators, and 16 tertiary indicators;the positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 100%, the authority coefficients were 0.881 and 0.892, and the coordination coefficients were 0.123-0.152 and 0.257-0.271, P<0.001. From January 2021 to January 2022, the repair rate of operating room instruments and equipment decreased from 3.36% to 1.23%, and the rate of reported malfunction of operating room instruments and equipment decreased from 1.31% to 0.56%;the satisfaction rate of nursing staff on the use of operating room instruments and equipment increased from 80% to 100%, and the satisfaction rate of physicians on the use of operating room instruments and equipment increased from 70% to 96.67%, these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality-sensitive index system constructed for the management of operating room instruments and equipment is scientific and practical, which is conducive to the improvement of quality of the management of operating room instruments and equipment.
