摘　　要：目的:了解不孕症女性患者创伤后成长的现状,探讨创伤后成长与心理弹性、神经质人格的关系。方法:选取2019年5月至2020年1月至苏州市某医院生殖医学中心就诊的不孕女性患者169例,采用创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC-10)和大五人格问卷-神经质分量表(FFIN)进行调查。结果:PTGI得分为(40.1±20.8)分。PTGI得分与CD-RISC-10得分呈正相关(r=0.24,P<0.05);线性回归分析结果显示,心理弹性和神经质的交互效应有统计学意义(B=0.06,P<0.05)。结论:不孕症女性患者的创伤后成长处于中下水平;神经质人格在心理弹性和创伤后成长之间能够发挥调节作用。Objective:To investigate the state of posttraumatic growth of infertile women and the relationship among posttraumatic growth,resilience and neuroticism.Methods:Totally 169 infertile female patients who visited the reproductive medicine center of a hospital in Suzhou from May 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were assessed with the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),the 10-item Connor-Davidson’s Resilience Scale(CDRISC-10)and the Five-Factor Inventory Neuroticism subscale(FFI-N).Results:The average PTGI total score was(40.1±20.8).The PTGI total scores were positively correlated with the CD-RISC-10 scores(r=0.24,P<0.05).The interaction effect between resilience and neuroticism was significant based on linear regression(B=0.06,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that the posttraumatic growth of infertile women is at a low level.Neuroticism may play a moderating role in the relationship between resilience and posttraumatic growth.
