摘　　要：目的以防风鲜根为研究材料,研究经过3mmol/L的Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理7天后,防风药理作用及其药动学行为的变化。方法以肛温法、热板法、足跖法研究“正常防风”组和“Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理防风”组药物解热、镇痛和抗炎三项指标药效强度差异;以HPLC法测定大鼠灌胃“Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理防风”后血浆中指标性成分升麻素含量的变化。结果与同剂量对照组比较,Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理的防风各剂量组均使2,4-二硝基苯酚致热的大鼠解热作用增强(P<0.05),使小鼠热板通阈值提高(P<0.05),使角叉菜诱导的大鼠足肿胀抑制作用增强(P<0.05),低剂量组作用更加明显。经Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理的防风灌胃后,大鼠血浆中升麻素浓度显著增加,在0~24h内,“正常防风”组AUC_(0~24 h)=6.25μg/(mL·h),“Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理防风”组AUC_(0~24 h)=7.86μg/(mL·h),防风药材经Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理后大鼠体内药-时曲线下面积增加了25.8%。结论外源性Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)处理防风鲜根可提高药材质量。Objective To evaluate the pharmacological effects and pharmacokinetic behavior changes of Radix Saposhnikoviae(RS)after the fresh roots of RS were treated by 3mmol/l Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4) at 7 dsys.Methods The root of RS was placed in 3mmol/L Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4) tress for 7 days.The contents active constituent were analysed by pharmacokinetic parameters of the chromone derivatives were measured by HPLC.The antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects were evaluated by pyretic animal model,hot plate test and paw edema model,respectively.Results Only cimifugin was found in plasma after RS and Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4)-stress-RS were administered to rats,with a 25.8%increase of AUC_(0~24h) of cimifugin in the latter.Likewise,more potent anti-pyretic,analgesic,and anti-inflammatory activities were also found in the latter.Conclusion Exposure of Radix Saposhnikoviae fresh roots to Na_(2)S)(2)O_(4) tress promoted the quality of RS through promoting the absorption of cimifugin.
