摘 要:目的寻找黄精炮制过程中起作用的活性成分并比较炮制前后活性成分的变化。方法利用超声提取,连续回流提取法,乙酸乙酯、正丁醇等溶剂萃取等方法,使用紫外-可见分光光度法分别进行含量测定。结果总结了酒黄精中皂苷、黄酮、多糖、蒽醌、多酚以及浸出物、吸湿性等变化情况。结论阐明炮制黄精发挥药理活性的化学成分,可为其作用机制的阐释提供理论依据。Objective To find the active ingredients in the process of processing and compare the changes of the active ingredients before and after processing of Polygonatum sibiricum.Methods Using continuous reflux extraction,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and other solvent extraction methods,UV-Visible spectrophotometry was used to determine its content.Results Summary of the changes of saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides,anthraquinone,polyphenol as well as extractum and hygroscopicity in the wine extract.Conclusion Elucidation of the chemical components for the pharmacological activity of processing Polygonatum sibiricum.It can provide a theoretical basis for the interpretation of its mechanism of action.
