摘 要:目的通过阐明箭叶淫羊藿、柔毛淫羊藿、天平山淫羊藿和粗毛淫羊藿不同采收期叶片生物量和主要黄酮醇苷类成分,即朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C和淫羊藿苷(合称为淫羊藿多苷,ABCI)的含量变化规律,为淫羊藿药材合理采收和资源利用提供参考和依据。方法于2019年3月至2020年1月每月月中和月末采集一次叶片样本,称取叶片重量,采用HPLC法测定4种黄酮醇苷类成分的含量,计算小叶平均重量与ABCI含量乘积作为ABCI积累总量。并采用主成分分析法进行判别分析。结果从叶片生物量积累规律来看,物种间较相似。小叶均重在5月31日(天平山淫羊藿和粗毛淫羊藿)或6月15日(箭叶淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿)前呈上升趋势,随后保持平稳波动。从4种黄酮醇苷类成分含量积累规律来看,物种间存在较大差异。箭叶淫羊藿、粗毛淫羊藿、天平山淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿分别在3月15日,6月30日,7月31日和9月30日最高。综合ABCI累积总量和判别分析结果,4个物种最佳采收期各不相同。粗毛淫羊藿、箭叶淫羊藿、天平山淫羊藿和柔毛淫羊藿最佳采收期分别为5月底、6月中旬、8月底和9月中旬。结论淫羊藿叶片生物量和黄酮醇苷类成分含量积累均受采收期影响较大。基于叶片生物量、有效成分含量及有效成分积累总量三个层次的变化规律和整合分析,为确定药材适宜采收期提供了更新颖、更丰富的信息和参考。Objective To determine the changes of leaf biomass and main flavonol glycosides,namely Epimedin A,Epimedin B,Epimedin C and icariin(together called Epimedium polyglycosides,ABCI),of Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim.,E.pubescens Maxim.,E.myrianthum Stearn and E.acuminatum Franch.at different periods,so as to provide reference and basis for rational harvesting and resource utilization of Epimedii Folium.Methods Leaf samples were collected at the middle and end of each month from March 2019 to January 2020,and the leaf weight was weighed.The contents of four flavonol glycosides were determined by HPLC method,and the multiplication of average leaf weight and ABCI content was calculated as the total amount of component accumulation.Principal component analysis(PCA)was used for discriminant analysis.Results According to the law of leaf biomass accumulation,the species were similar.The average leaf weight was on the rise before May 31(E.myrianthum and E.acuminatum)or June 15(E.sagittatum and E.pubescens).After that,the average leaf weight was fluctuated steadily.According to the law of the contents accumulation of four flavonol glycosides,the accumulation processes were different among species.The total contents of four flavonol glycosides of E.sagittatum,E.acuminatum,E.myrianthum and E.pubescens were the highest on March 15,June 30,July 31 and September 30,respectively.Based on the total amount of accumulation of ABCI and the results of data analysis,the best harvesting period of the four species were different.The best harvesting period of E.acuminatum,E.sagittatum,E.myrianthum and E.pubescens were end of May,middle of June,end of August and middle of September,respectively.Conclusion For Epimedii Folium,the accumulation of leaf biomass and flavonol glycosides content was greatly affected by harvesting period.The law and meta-analysis of the three levels of leaf biomass,active ingredients contents and total amount of accumulation of active ingredients was studied,which provided more novel and abundant informat
