城市社区生态化有机更新策略研究

摘　　要：在全球城市可持续发展背景下,以生态文明指导城市多维综合目标的实现是城市更新的必然趋势。社区作为后疫情时代承接国家治理重点下移的主战场,其生态化有机更新是城市更新的关键基础环节。通过对城市更新新内涵、生态文明内涵、社区生态治理内涵的探讨,提出城市社区生态化有机更新的内涵;基于该内涵,进一步提出城市社区生态化有机更新策略,包括社区低碳生态更新规划策略、社区空间适应性再利用改造策略、社区多元协同生态治理策略以及社区生态化多维更新保障制度。Under the background of global urban sustainable development,it is an inevitable trend of urban renewal to guide the realization of the goal of multi-dimensional comprehensive urban renewal with ecological civilization.As the main battlefield to undertake the downward shift of national governance priorities in the post epidemic era,community’s ecological organic renewal is the key basic link of urban renewal.Through the discussion of the new connotation of urban renewal,the connotation of ecological civilization and the connotation of community ecological governance,the connotation of ecological organic renewal of urban community is put forward.Based on this connotation,the ecological organic renewal strategy of urban community is further proposed,which includes low-carbon ecological community renewal planning strategy,adaptive reuse and transformation strategy of community space,diversified and coordinated community ecological governance strategy and ecological multi-dimensional community renewal guarantee system.
