摘 要:目的:菊三七饮片薄层色谱鉴别法标准复核修订。方法:以两种不同来源的市售菊三七对照药材为对照,采用硅胶G薄层板,以不同展开剂不同点样量进行展开,喷以稀碘化必钾试液,晾干后日光下检视。结果:发现用薄层色谱法检测两种市售菊三七对照药材与菊三七样品斑点显示不同。结论:建议用正确基源的样品和对照药材建立专属性强的薄层鉴别方法。Objective: To review the TLC identification standard for Gynura japonica decoction pills. Methods: Two kinds of commercially available control materials of Gynura japonica were used as the control, and silica gel G thin layer plate was used to develop different samples of different developing agents. Dilute potassium iodide test solution was sprayed, and the results were examined under sunlight after drying. It was found that the TLC method was used to detect two kinds of control medicinal materials and the samples of Gynura japonica. The results showed that the TLC method was different. It was suggested that the TLC method should be established with the correct source samples and the control medicinal materials.
