摘　　要：目的建立测定复方消毒产品中季铵盐成分的高效液相色谱-质谱法检测方法。方法样品经甲醇提取,经腈基修饰色谱柱分离,以5 mmol/L乙酸铵甲醇溶液-5 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,外标法进行定量分析。结果12种季铵盐在0.04~0.6 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995。季铵盐的检出限为0.001~0.02 mg/L,定量下限为0.02~0.04 mg/L。样品基质在0.04、0.32和0.56 mg/L 3个加标水平下的平均回收率为80.2%~119%,相对标准偏差为0.22%~9.88%。结论该方法操作便捷,灵敏度高,精密度良好,能同时检测且不会互相干扰,适用于复方消毒产品中季铵盐成分的定量检测。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of quaternary ammonium salts in compound disinfection products.Methods The samples were extracted with metha⁃nol and separated on chromatographic column modified by nitrile group.The mobile phase was methanol solution containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate and water solution containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate,gradient elution was carried out,and quantitative analysis was conducted by external standard method.Results The 12 quaternary ammonium salts had a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0.04~0.6 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.The limits of detection of quaternary ammonium salt were 0.001~0.02 mg/L,and the limits of quantitation were 0.02~0.04 mg/L.The average recovery rates of the sample matrix at three spiked levels of 0.04,0.32 and 0.56 mg/L ranged from 80.2%to 119%,and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.22%to 9.88%.Conclusion With the advantages of convenient operation,high sensitivity and good precision,this method can be used for simultaneous detection without mutual interference and is suitable for the quantitative detection of quaternary ammonium salts in compound disinfection products.
