摘 要:目的观察3种消毒方法对血液成分制备自动化设备的消毒效果。方法采用模拟现场消毒试验方法,对3种消毒方法消毒血液成分制备自动化设备表面的效果进行观察。结果血液成分制备自动化设备表面采用含氯消毒剂和两种消毒湿巾擦拭消毒后15 min至4 h内,表面自然菌数均保持在<1.0 cfu/cm2。用含氯消毒剂和两种消毒湿巾擦拭消毒离心机表面作用15 min,对离心机表面污染的3种标准菌株杀灭对数值均>5.0,符合相关标准规定的消毒指标要求。结论本研究的3种消毒方法均可使血液成分制备自动化设备表面达到消毒要求,但含醇消毒湿巾性价比更高。Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of three disinfection methods on automatic equipment for blood component preparation.Methods The simulated field disinfection experiment method was used to observe the effect of three disinfection methods on disinfecting the surface of the automatic equipment for blood component preparation.Results The surface of automatic equipment for blood component preparation was wiped and disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectant or two kinds of disinfectant wipes,the natural bacterial counts on the surface were all kept within the range of<1.0 cfu/cm2 from 15 min to 4 h after disinfection.The surface of the centrifuge was wiped and disinfected with chlorine-containing disinfectant or two kinds of disinfectant wipes for 15 min,and the killing log values of the three standard strains on the surface of the centrifuge were all>5.0,which met the requirements of disinfection indicators in relevant standards.Conclusion The three disinfection methods in this study can make the surface disinfection of automatic equipment for blood component preparation meet the requirements,but the alcohol-containing disinfectant wipe is more cost-effective.
