摘　　要：目的研究平面形、拱形、折叠形3种类型医用防护口罩的适合性检验通过率和影响因素。方法选取北京市10家医院的353名受试者,对平面形口罩、拱形口罩、折叠形口罩采用气溶胶凝结核计数器进行定量适合性检验。结果平面形口罩、拱形口罩、折叠形口罩的总通过率分别为54.39%、54.96%、51.84%;左右摆头动作之后通过率开始下降;男性在平面形口罩、拱形口罩的适合性通过率高于女性,在折叠型口罩的适合性通过率低于女性。结论3种类型医用防护口罩通过率符合标准,适合大多数人使用,性别、头面部尺寸、口罩的匹配度及是否完好是影响检验的因素。Objective To study the pass rate and influencing factors of the fitness test of three types of medical protective masks,such as flat mask,arch mask and folding mask.Methods A total of 353 subjects from 10 hospitals in Beijing were selected to test the quantitative suitability of flat mask,arch mask and folding mask using aerosol condensation nuclei counter.Results The total pass rates of flat mask,arch mask and folding mask were 54.39%,54.96%and 51.84%,respectively.After the left and right head swing,the pass rates began to decrease.The fitness pass rates of flat mask and arch mask in male were higher than those in female,while the fitness pass rate of folding mask in male was lower than that in female.Conclusion The pass rates of the three types of medical protective masks meet standards and are suitable for most people.Gender,head and face size,matching degree of masks and other intact factors are the factors that influence the test.
