摘  要:藻蓝蛋白是光合蓝藻重要捕光天线藻胆体的主要组成部分,它能够帮助蓝藻吸收绿色光合生物难以利用的波长范围内的光,为了探究重组藻蓝蛋白对绿色植物光合作用的影响,本研究比较了在光合自养和混合营养两种营养方式下重组表达藻蓝蛋白的莱茵衣藻的光合作用与生长情况。结果表明:表达了藻蓝蛋白的莱茵衣藻中存在着从藻蓝蛋白到光合反应中心的光能传递。光合自养条件下,藻蓝蛋白能够显著促进莱茵衣藻的光合作用与生长;混合营养生长时,藻蓝蛋白也能够促进莱茵衣藻的光合作用,但效果不如光合自养条件下显著。Phycocyanin is the main component of phycobilisome,an important light-harvesting antenna of photosynthetic cyanobacteria.It can help cyanobacteria absorb light in the wavelength range that green-lineage photosynthetic organisms cannot use.In order to investigate the effect of recombinant phycocyanin on photosynthesis of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii,the photosynthesis and growth of C.reinhardtii expressing recombinant phycocyanin were compared under the conditions of photoautotrophic and mixotrophic nutrition.The results showed that the photo-energy transfer from phycocyanin to the photosynthetic system exists in C.reinhardtii expressing phycocyanin.Phycocyanin can significantly promote photosynthesis and growth of C.reinhardtii during photoautotrophic growth.Phycocyanin can also promote photosynthesis of C.reinhardtii during mixotrophic growth.But the effect is not as significant as that under photoautotrophic conditions.
