摘 要:于2015年12月和2016年6月对海南省三亚市三亚湾沙滩进行了冬夏两季的采样调查,对小型底栖动物及其沉积环境进行了研究,探讨了小型底栖动物的丰度、生物量和群落的时空变化及其与环境变量的关系。共鉴定出小型底栖动物类群12个,优势类群为海洋线虫类与底栖桡足类(二者占总丰度92.01%);小型底栖动物的平均丰度为223.59±304.74 ind·10 cm^(-2),平均生物量为164.37±245.87μg·dwt·10 cm^(-2)。小型底栖动物的丰度、生物量、多样性和类群组成在潮区间、断面间差异均不显著,在不同季节间差异显著。相关分析(Pearson)表明,小型底栖动物丰度与中砂和粉砂-粘土含量显著相关。生物环境分析(BIOENV)表明,间隙水温度、pH值、有机碳含量、分选系数和粗砂含量的环境因子组合能最好地解释三亚湾沙滩小型底栖动物的群落结构。研究结果可为沙滩小型底栖动物的生态学深入研究提供基础数据,也可为全球气候变化背景下沙滩的保护、开发和利用提供科学依据。A seasonal survey was carried out to the sandy beach meiofauna and the sedimentary environment at Sanya Bay,Sanya City,Hainan Province,in Dec.,2015 and Jun.,2016.The spatial-temporal distribution of meiofaunal abundance,biomass and the community structure were studied and the influencing environmental factors were analyzed.A total of 12 meiofauna groups were identified.The most dominant groups were nematode and benthic copepod which accounted for 92.01% of the total.The average abundance and biomass of meiofauna were 223.59±304.74 ind·10 cm^(-2) and 164.37±245.87 μg·dwt·10 cm^(-2),respectively.The abundance and biomass of meiofauna were not significantly different among the tidal zones or between the sections,but there was a significant difference between two seasons.Pearson analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between meiofauna abundance and sedimentary environmental factors including contents of medium sand and silt-clay.BIOENV analysis showed that the combination of interstitial water temperature,pH,organic carbon content,sorting coefficient and the coarse sand content can best explain the spatial and temporal distribution of the meiofauna community structure in the sandy beach of Sanya Bay.The present study provided basic data for the further ecological research of meiofauna in sandy beach and the scientific basis for the protection,development and utilization of sandy beach in the context of global climate change.
