摘 要:目的探讨北京市某哨点医院住院严重急性呼吸道感染(SARI)病例的流行病学和病原学特征。方法收集并分析2016-05/2020-04北京市某哨点医院报告的SARI病例流行病学资料,采集呼吸道标本,用实时荧光PCR法检测流感病毒核酸。结果2016-05/2020-04北京市某哨点医院累计报告SARI病例721例,呈冬春季高发,男性、60岁以上人群高发。流感病毒核酸阳性率高峰均在1月,2016—2017年度以甲型H3亚型为流行株,2017—2018、2018—2019年度以甲型H1N1为流行株,2019—2020年度SARI病例数和流感病毒核酸阳性率低于往年。不同性别和年龄流感病毒阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论SARI发病和流感病毒阳性率呈冬春季高峰,不同年份流感病毒流行株不同,建议根据流行病学和病原学特征完善SARI监测方案。objective To investigate the epidemiological and virological characteristics of severe acute respiratory infection inpatients in a sentinel hospital of Beijing.Methods Epidemiological data of SARI cases reported from a sentinel hospital in Beijing from May 2016 to April 2020 were collected and analyzed.Respiratory tract specimens were collected and nucleic acid of influenza virus was detected by real-time PCR.Results From May 2016 to April 2020,a total of 721 cases of SARI were reported in a sentinel hospital in Beijing,with a high incidence in winter and spring and a high incidence in males and people over 60 years old.The peak of positive nucleic acid of influenza virus was in January,and the A(H3)was the epidemic strain in 2016 to 2017,and the A(H1N1)was the epidemic strain in 2017 to 2018 and 2018 to 2019.The number of SARI cases and positive nucleic acid of influenza virus in 2019 to 2020 were lower than previous years.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of influenza virus among different genders and ages.Conclusions The incidence of SARI and positive rate of influenza virus peaked in winter and spring,and influenza virus strains were different in different years.It is suggested to improve SARI surveillance program according to epidemiological and etiological characteristics.
