摘　　要：目的了解我国七城市MSM HIV暴露前后预防用药知晓和使用现况。方法2021年6月,在互联网社交软件Blued平台上通过线上点对点发送私信问卷的调查方法,对北京等七城市MSM进行HIV暴露前后预防用药知晓和使用现况调查。结果回收有效问卷5787份,调查对象<40岁者占78.5%;大学及以上文化程度者占68.1%;月收入<10000元者占76.4%。听说过暴露前预防(PrEP)的比例为65.9%,曾使用过PrEP的比例为7.8%;听说过暴露后预防(PEP)的比例为78.7%,曾使用过PEP的比例为9.5%。学历、月收入、年龄和所在城市与知晓PrEP相关。月收入与PrEP使用相关。月收入、年龄与PEP知晓相关。年龄、月收入与PEP使用相关。结论目前我国MSM听说过PrEP和PEP的比例较高,但使用率偏低,应注重人群差异,加强针对性宣传教育,提高HIV暴露前后预防服务使用率。Objective To understand the current status of awareness and utilization of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis(PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis(PEP) among men who have sex with men(MSM) in seven cities in China.Methods In June 2021,a survey was conducted on the Internet social networking software Blued platform by sending online peer-to-peer private questionnaires to survey the current status of awareness and utilization of PrEP and PEP among MSM in seven cities.Results 5787 valid questionnaires were collected,and 78.5%% of the survey respondents were <40years old;68.1% were educated at university or above,and 76.4% had a monthly income of <10,000 yuan.The proportion of those who had heard of PrEP was 65.9%,and 7.8% had utilized PrEP.The proportion of those who had heard of PEP was 78.7%,and 9.5% had utilized PEP.There were differences in PrEP awareness,utilization rate,and PEP utilization among MSM with different ages,educational attainments,monthly incomes,and cities.In addition,there were differences in PEP awareness among MSM of different ages,educational attainments,and monthly incomes.Conclusions The awareness of PrEP and PEP among MSM is high,but the utilization rate is low.
