摘 要:目的探究艾滋病致孤儿童(简称艾滋孤儿)同伴关系、学校联系感、自尊及孤独感之间的关系,并分析其内在机制,为降低其孤独感并维护艾滋孤儿身心健康提供理论依据。方法以四川省凉山州3所中学的450名初中艾滋孤儿为研究对象,采用结构式调查问卷进行调查。通过构建结构方程模型分析同伴关系、学校联系感、自尊和孤独感之间的直接及间接关系。结果同伴关系和自尊是孤独感的直接保护因素,其标准化路径系数分别为-0.47(95%CI:-0.62~-0.32)和-0.25(95%CI:-0.36~-0.13);学校联系感可通过提高自尊来降低孤独感。同伴关系还可通过自尊的中介作用和“学校联系感→自尊”的链式中介作用降低艾滋孤儿孤独感,标准化点估计值为-0.07和-0.02(P均<0.05),分别占总效应的11.6%和3.8%。结论良好的同伴关系、较强的学校联系感和高水平的自尊有助于降低艾滋孤儿内心的孤独感。Objective To explore the relationships and internal mechanisms among peer relationships,school connectedness,self-esteem,and loneliness among AIDS orphans and provide a theoretical basis for reducing loneliness and maintaining the physical and mental health of AIDS orphans.Methods A total of 450 AIDS orphans from 3 middle schools in Liangshan Prefecture,Sichuan Province,were investigated by a structured questionnaire.The structural equation model analyzed the relationships among peer relationships,school connectedness,self-esteem,and loneliness.Results Peer relationship and self-esteem were the direct protective factors of loneliness,and their standardized path coefficients were-0.47(95%CI:-0.62--0.32) and-0.25(95%CI:-0.36--0.13),respectively.In addition,school connectedness could indirectly reduce loneliness through self-esteem.Peer relationships also reduced loneliness through self-esteem and the "school connectedness → self-esteem" mediating chain effect.The standardized point estimated value was-0.07 and-0.02(P all<0.05),accounting for 11.6% and 3.8% of the total effect.Conclusions Good peer relationships,a strong sense of school connectedness,and a high level of self-esteem can reduce the loneliness of AIDS orphans.
