摘　　要：目的 探讨HIV自我检测对MSM扩大检测和感染者发现的作用。方法 收集2017年1月至2021年12月,珠海旭同志愿服务中心(简称珠海旭同)在其性健康促进网络平台,针对MSM开展HIV自我检测情况及检测结果。结果 调查期间,全国范围内共有4 211名MSM申请了19 361份自检试剂,其中有效回传结果 18 273份。查重后共有5 700名MSM使用自检试剂,自检试剂使用者平均年龄(28.7±7.4)岁。自检试剂使用者中,有626名申请者发生了传递行为,占全部申请者的14.9%;共有1 821名MSM受赠了自检试剂,占使用者比例的31.9%,传递者与受赠者的比例为1∶2.9。调查期间,自检试剂使用者HIV感染率为8.8%(501/5 700),2017―2021年的感染率分别为:7.4%,8.4%,5.8%,9.7%,9.8%。结论 青年MSM是自检的主要受众群体;传递检测在自检中普遍存在。在MSM中推广HIV自检作为常规HIV检测的补充措施有着重要的公共卫生意义。Objective To explore the role of HIV self-testing in HIV testing and to detect more people living with HIV among men who have sex with men(MSM).Methods From January 2017 to December 2021,HIV self-test results of MSM were collected and analyzed on the sexual Health promotion network platform of Zhuhai Xutong Health Service Center(Zhuhai Xutong).Results A total of 4,211 MSM nationwide applied for 19,361 self-test kits,of which 18,273returned valid results during the investigation.5 700 MSM used self-test kits after deduplication.Average age of HIV selftesting users was 28.7±7.4.Among the self-testing kit users,626 indexes had distribution behavior,accounting for 14.9%of all the indexes.1 821 MSM alters received HIV self-testing kits,accounting for 31.9% of the users,with a ratio of1∶ 2.9.The HIV positive rate among self-test users was 8.8%(501/5 700) during the investigation.From 2017 to 2021,the HIV positive rate of HIV self-tested users was 7.4%,8.4%,5.8%,9.7% and 9.8%,respectively.Conclusions Young MSM is the major user of HIV self-testing kits,and distribution of self-testing kits is common.The distribution of self-test kits can improve HIV testing among MSM.
