摘 要:随着配电网供电可靠性要求的不断提高,需要合环操作实现不停电转供负荷,但电网结构日益复杂,往往在合环点处出现上级电源属于跨多级电磁环网的复杂合环场景。针对配电网复杂合环场景下合环点两侧母线存在三相不对称、电压幅相差等因素,提出了基于改进移相变压器(IPST)的合环装置结构。考虑IPST三相调相调压绕组之间的耦合特性,分析推导了三相不对称合环场景下IPST调相调压绕组合环调节变比的计算公式,提出了适用于不同不对称复杂合环场景下的控制策略。最后,基于跨多级电磁环网的复杂合环场景下某35 kV变电站10 kV侧母线三相不对称的实际情况,通过PSCAD/EMTDC仿真验证了所提基于IPST的合环装置及其控制策略的有效性。With the increasing reliability requirements of power supply in distribution networks, it is necessary to achieve non-stop load transfer by loop closing operations. However, with the increasingly complex structure of the power grid, complex loop closing scenarios often present at the loop closing point where the superior power source belongs to the cross multi-level electromagnetic loop network. Aiming at the factors such as three-phase asymmetry and voltage amplitude and phase difference of the buses on both sides of the loop closing point in the complex loop closing scenarios of distribution networks, the structure of the loop closing device based on the improved phase shifting transformer(IPST) is proposed. Considering the coupling characteristics between the three-phase phase regulation and voltage regulation windings of the IPST, the calculation equations of the loop closing adjustment ratio of the IPST phase regulation and voltage regulation windings in the loop closing scenario of three-phase asymmetry are analyzed and derived, and the control strategies applicable to different complex asymmetric loop closing scenarios are proposed.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed IPST-based loop closing device and its control strategy is verified by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation based on the actual situation of a complex loop closing scenario of a 35 kV substation with three-phase asymmetry of bus at the 10 kV side across a multi-level electromagnetic loop network.
