摘 要:提出一种钢管混凝土柱-横肋波纹钢板剪力墙,其中横肋波纹钢板作为主要抗剪单元以其较大的面外刚度和良好的抗整体屈曲性能有效延缓了面外失稳的发生,并提供了稳定的抗侧承载力。多根钢管混凝土柱与波纹钢板组合形成的异形剪力墙可适应住宅钢结构中的墙体转角造型,且能够有效提高剪力墙的面外稳定性能。在结构应用设计时,需提出该新型体系的合适简化分析模型。根据横肋波纹钢板剪力墙的构造组成和力学特性,提出采用正交异性板单元的简化模拟方法,在MIDAS软件中建立典型异形剪力墙的简化模型并与ABAQUS模型进行对比,验证弹性阶段该简化模型的有效性,最后通过算例进行该新型剪力墙体系在钢结构住宅中的应用设计分析,结果表明该新型体系在保障结构安全的同时具有一定的经济性。A new shear wall system with concrete-filled steel tubes and horizontally corrugated steel plate shear wall is proposed.The horizontally corrugated steel plate has a large out-of-plane stiffness and good buckling ability,so it can provide stable lateral force resistance. The special-shaped shear wall with multiple concrete-filled steel tubes can well fit the corner configurations in residential buildings,and improve the lateral resisting stability. The application of this new shear wall system needs appropriate analytical models. Therefore,an orthotropic planar model for elastic design is proposed based on its mechanical performance. Simplified models of several typical shear walls are built in MIDAS,and the validity of the models are established through comparing with the results of refined finite element analysis in ABAQUS. This new shear wall system is applied on a steel structure residential building. The analysis results indicate that this new system can achieve a safe and economic design.
