胫神经和腓总神经的弥散张量成像观测

摘　　要：目的为胫神经和腓总神经病变的早期诊断提供新的影像诊断依据。方法选取膝关节弥散张量成像扫描的不同年龄阶段的男女性检查正常者60例,在工作站划分胫神经和腓总神经不同部位的感兴趣区,测量各向异性分数(FA)值和表观弥散系数(ADC)值,生成纤维示踪图像。比较胫神经和腓总神经左右侧、男女性和不同年龄阶段、不同部位的FA值和ADC值。结果胫神经和腓总神经的左右侧、男女性和不同年龄阶段、不同部位的FA.ADC值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),合并处理得出胫神经FA值和ADC值分别为(0.63±0.04)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s.(1.09±0.13)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s,腓总神经FA值和ADC值分别为(0.65±0.05)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s,(1.04±0.12)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s。结论弥散张量成像为胫神经和腓总神经及其损伤的微细结构变化提供了客观影像诊断依据。Objective To provide a new imaging basis for the early diagnosis of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve lesions.Methods Sixty normal male and female of different ages were selected.The regions of interest of different parts of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve were divided on workstation.The fractional anisotropy(FA)value and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)value were measured and generated fiber tracking images.The FA value and ADC value of tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve were compared between the left and right sides,male and female,different age groups,different parts.Results There was no significant difference in FA value and ADC value between the left and right sides,men and women,different age stages,different parts of the tibial nerve and common peroneal nerve(P>0.05).The results of the combined treatment showed that the FA value and ADC value of the tibial nerve were(0.63±0.04)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s,(1.09±0.13)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s respectively,The FA value and ADC value of the common peroneal nerve were(0.65±0.05)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s,(1.04±0.12)×10(-3)mm^(2)/s respectively.Conclusion Diffusion tensor imaging provides an objective imaging diagnostic basis for the changes of tibial nerve,common peroneal nerve and their microstructures.
