兔膈肌运动终板和肌内神经的分布

摘　　要：目的探讨同一块膈肌内运动终板和肌内神经的分布情况。方法利用家兔的同一块膈肌,先后进行乙酰胆碱酯酶染色法染出运动终板带,多聚甲醛固定4周后运用改良后的Sihler肌内神经染色法染出膈肌的神经分布。结果在膈肌肌质部的中下部形成1个完整的环状运动终板带,Sihler染色后膈肌肌肉外形完整,肌内神经呈蓝紫色,神经末梢在肋部的肌束中下部形成1个神经网状或神经带状结构。结论肉眼直观上观察到运动终板密集带和终末神经密集带十分接近吻合,丰富了观察两者联系的解剖学形态资料。Objective To investigate the distribution of motor end-plate and intramuscular nerve in the same diaphragm.Methods The same diaphragm of rabbits was dyed according to the acetylcholinesterase dyeing process to create the moving end-plate,then paraformaldehyde was used to fix the surrounding,and then the improved Sihler's nerve staining technique was used to show the distribution of diaphragmatic nerve.Results A complete circular end-plate motion was formed in the lower part of the diaphragm muscle mass.Sihler's staining showed the diaphragmatic muscle was integrate,intramuscular nerve presented blue purple,and a neural network or nerve endings was formed in the banded structure of rib bundles in the lower part.Conclusion The dense band of motor end-plate and the nerve endings of the end can be observed visually.They are very close to the anastomosis,and enrich the anatomic data of the two.
