中医扶正法在胃癌防治中的应用

摘　　要：扶正抗癌是在中医扶正祛邪理论基础上形成的肿瘤防治重要治法,因此扶正法在胃癌的综合治疗中应用广泛。中医扶正法运用于胃癌防治的作用机制包括抑制细胞的增殖、转移,诱导凋亡,激发失巢凋亡,抑制上皮间质转化、细胞外基质降解以及血管生成等;在改善患者临床证候、减毒增效、增强免疫、延长生存期并减少复发转移等临床治疗方面效果显著。Strengthening the body resistance to treat cancer is an important therapy in the prevention and treatment of tumour,which is formed based on the theory of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogens,therefore the method of strengthening the body resistance is widely used in the comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer. The mechanisms of strengthening the body resistance method of traditional Chinese medicine applied in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer include inhibiting the proliferation and matastasis of the cells,inducing the apoptosis of the cells,stimulating the anoikis,inhibiting the epithelial-mesenchymal transition,degradation of extracellular matrix and angiogenesis. The application of strengthening the body resistance method has great clinical effects in improving clinical syndromes,reducing toxicity and enhancing efficacy,strengthening immunity,prolonging survival time and reducing metastasis and recurrence.
