摘　　要：In the decade before the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged the world, delegations from the Center for China and Globalization(CCG) had visited counterparts across the Pacific in the U.S. at least twice a year. However, the unabated spread of the virus has to a large extent hindered exchanges between the two countries.
