摘　　要：The global economy is struggling to recover. The COVID-19 pandemic is eroding decades of gains in global development, international development cooperation lacks drive, the North-South gap continues to widen, crises are emerging in food and energy security, and the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development is encountering new difficulties.
