摘　　要：随着数字经济加速发展,产业数字化持续提速,数字产业化稳步推进,数据价值化进程加快,消费市场高质量发展的新增长极不断形成。然而,目前数字经济助力消费市场高质量发展仍面临数字基建瓶颈、数字化消费模式亟待升级以及数字市场消费需求尚未充分释放的困境。因此,应基于以产业数字化为抓手、以数字产业化为基石、以数据价值化为导向的逻辑机理,创新数字经济助力消费市场高质量发展路径:夯实新型数字基础设施,强化消费新基建;深化双渠道融合,重塑消费新模式;加速消费服务升级,引领消费新需求;落地“数字+实体”经济,实现消费新平衡。With the accelerated development of digital economy, the continue acceleration of industrial digitization, the steady development of digital industrialization and the layout of data value, new growth poles for the high-quality development of the consumer market continue to form. However, at present, the digital economy helps the high-quality development of the consumer market still facing the difficulties of digital infrastructure bottleneck, digital consumption mode to be upgraded, and the consumer demand in the digital market has not been fully released. Therefore, based on the logical mechanism with industrial digitization as the starting point, digital industrialization as the cornerstone and data value as the guidance, innovating the path of promoting digital economy the high-quality development of consumer market. That is consolidating the new digital infrastructure and strengthening the new consumption infrastructure, deepening the integration of dual channels and reshape the new consumption mode, accelerating the upgrading of consumer services and leading new consumer demand and implementing the “digital + real” economy and maintaining the stability of the industry.
