摘　　要：在城镇化发展进程中,部分城市呈现了从单中心向多中心演变的过程,社会与经济也随之产生了变化。本文基于2008年至2018年全国247个城市的面板数据,运用固定效应模型研究了多中心经济空间结构对城市土地价格的影响机制。研究发现:(1)城市经济空间结构越呈现多中心,土地价格越高。(2)经济空间结构对土地价格的影响具有区域异质性以及时间滞后性。(3)利用中介效应和调节效应分析了经济空间结构对不同用途的土地价格的影响机制,首先多中心经济空间结构有利于降低第二产业集聚度进而提高工业用地价格;其次伴随人口流入的多中心经济空间结构显著提高住宅用地价格;最后多中心经济空间结构有利于拉动城市消费能力进而提高商服用地价格。本文研究内容对我国未来城市的发展模式和土地市场化改革提供了经验证据和政策启示。In the process of urbanization in China,some cities have shown the evolution from monocentric to polycentric,and social and economic changes have occurred.Based on the panel data of 247 cities across China from 2008 to 2018,this paper investigates the influence mechanism of polycentric economic spatial structure on urban land prices using a fixed-effects model.The research shows that:(1)the more polycentric the spatial structure of urban economy is,the higher the land price is.(2)The impact of economic spatial structure on land prices is regionally heterogeneous and has a time lag.(3)The influence mechanism of economic spatial structure on land prices of different uses is analyzed by using intermediary and moderating effects.Firstly,the polycentric economic spatial structure raises industrial land prices by reducing the concentration of secondary industries;secondly,the polycentric economic spatial structure accompanied by population inflow significantly raises residential land prices;finally,the polycentric economic spatial structure raises commercial land prices by boosting urban consumption capacity.The research in this paper provides empirical evidence and policy implications for the future development pattern of cities and land market reform in China.
