944例痤疮患者疾病认知度调查

摘　　要：目的 通过对痤疮患者一般情况及生活习惯等调查,了解就诊于北京解放军总医院的痤疮患者对疾病的认知情况。方法 对944名于2018年9—12月就诊于北京解放军总医院皮肤科门诊就诊的痤疮患者进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况、痤疮的诱发因素、患者对于痤疮的态度和行为以及如何选择治疗等。结果患者认为痤疮是一种病,且可以预防;患者普遍认为辣味食品、油腻食物、月经来潮、便秘、护肤不当、遗传、熬夜、劳累、彩妆、生活环境改变、使用电子产品、日晒、生活、工作、学习压力、紧张焦虑烦躁对于痤疮的加重有重要意义(P<0.05);69.49%的患者渴望了解如何治疗,62.71%的患者希望了解如何护理皮肤。结论就诊于北京解放军总医院的痤疮患者对痤疮的加重及影响因素认知度较高,痤疮主要对患者情绪及外貌造成影响,大部分患者偶尔会有紧张焦虑和烦恼急躁,大部分患者更倾向于选择口服药及外用药治疗。对于痤疮的光化学治疗及护肤欠缺了解及认知。Objective To understand the cognition of acne patients,we investigate the general situation and living habits of acne patients.Methods Nine hundred and forty-four acne patients who were admitted to the dermatology department of the PLA General Hospital in Beijing from September 2018 to December 2018 were investigated by questionnaire.The contents included general situation,acne inducing factors,patients’ attitude and behavior towards acne,and how to choose treatment.Results Spice food,greasy food,menstruation,constipation,improper skin care,heredity,staying up late,fatigue,makeup,changes in living environment,use of electronic products,sun exposure,life,work,study pressure,anxiety and irritability have important significance for the aggravation and/or development of acne.69.49% of these patients wanted to know how to treat,and 62.71% of them wanted to know how to care for the skin.Conclusion Acne patients who were admitted to the PLA General Hospital have a high awareness of the aggravative factors of acne and its influencing factors.Acne mainly affects the mood and appearance of patients.Most patients will occasionally have tension,anxiety,annoyance and impatience.Most patients are more inclined to choose oral medication and external medication treatment.The acne patients lack understanding and recognition of photochemical therapy and skin care.
