摘  要:应用LI-6400XT便携式光合作用测定系统,对黑河中游沙荒地栽植的珍珠油杏夏季晴天的叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)等生理因子的日变化进程及其相互关系进行研究。结果表明:珍珠油杏叶片净光合速率日变化呈现出“双峰”曲线,存在明显的光合“午休”现象;气孔导度也呈现“双峰”型曲线变化规律;水分利用效率(WUE)与叶片蒸腾速率之间呈负相关关系。影响光合作用变化的因素既有气孔限制因素,也有非气孔限制因素。Using LI-6400XT portable photosynthetic measurement system,the diurnal variation process and their correlation of physiological factors such as Pn,Gs and Tr of Zhenzhuyouxing apricot planted in sandy wastelands in the middle reaches of Heihe River were studied.The results showed that the diurnal variation of Pn in the leaves of Zhenzhuyouxing apricot presented a bimodal curve,and there was an obvious photosynthetic"siesta"phenomenon.Gs also showed a bimodal curve.There was a negative correlation between WUE and Tr.The factors affecting photosynthesis include both stomatal and non-stomatal restriction.
