摘  要:目的分析餐饮工作人员劝阻吸烟的意愿及其影响因素,为改善控烟效果提供参考。方法采用分层随机整群抽样法,对重庆市主城区了解所在餐饮场所控烟情况的650名工作人员进行问卷调查,通过χ^(2)检验、logistic回归分析其劝阻吸烟意愿的影响因素。结果449人(74.6%)有劝阻吸烟意愿。Logistic回归分析显示认为劝烟有效(OR_(否)=3.965,95%CI:1.665~9.441)、知道条例中劝烟相关规定(OR_(否)=2.140,95%CI:1.233~3.716)、期望的工作场所是禁烟场所(OR_(非禁烟场所)=5.833,95%CI:3.114~10.926)、认为公共场所吸烟有害他人健康(OR_(否)=12.328,95%CI:5.916~25.689)和影响顾客就餐体验(OR_(否)=4.090,95%CI:2.097~7.977)、认为吸烟区设置促进其劝烟意愿(OR_(否)=2.885,95%CI:1.667~4.994)的人群更愿意劝烟(P<0.05);吸烟(OR_(不吸烟)=0.425,95%CI:0.258~0.700)、本单位工作5年以上(OR_(五年及以内)=0.320,95%CI:0.193~0.530)和过去有过劝烟行为(OR_(否)=0.303,95%CI:0.128~0.713)的人群更不愿意劝烟(P<0.05)。结论有劝烟意愿者较多,劝烟意愿受人口学特征、主观认知、劝烟行为和客观保障多种因素影响。建议相关部门深入开展公共场所控烟和劝烟认知教育、充分发挥优势人群带动作用、规范设置规范吸烟区和禁烟标识、加大控烟执法和处罚力度、建立严密的社会监督网。Objective To analyze the willingness of restaurant staff to dissuade smoking and its influencing factors to provide a reference for improving the effectiveness of tobacco control.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 650 workers who knew about the tobacco control situation in their catering establishments in the main urban area of Chongqing by stratified random cluster sampling method.The influencing factors of their willingness to dissuade smoking were analyzed by chi-square test and Logistic regression.Results In total 449 people(74.6%)were willing to dissuade smoking.Logistic regression analysis showed that the respondents who considered dissuading smoking to be effective(OR=3.965,95%CI:1.665-9.441),who knew the relevant provisions on dissuading smoking in the regulation(OR=2.140,95%CI:1.233-3.716),who expected workplace to be a non-smoking place(OR=5.833,95%CI:3.114-10.926),who thought smoking in public places was harmful to others’health(OR=12.328,95%CI:5.916-25.689)and affected customers’dining experience(OR=4.090,95%CI:2.097-7.977),and who thought the setting of smoking areas promoted their willingness to dissuade smoking(OR=2.885,95%CI:1.667-4.994)were more willing to dissuade smoking(P<0.05).The respondents who smoke(OR=0.425,95%CI:0.258-0.700),who worked in the catering establishments more than five years(OR=0.320,95%CI:0.193-0.530),and who dissuaded smoking in the past(OR=0.303,95%CI:0.128-0.713)were more reluctant to dissuade smoking(P<0.05).Conclusion There are more people who are willing to dissuade smoking,and the willingness to dissuade smoking is influenced by various factors such as demographic characteristics,subjective cognition,persuasive behavior and objective protection.It is recommended that the relevant departments carry out in-depth education on tobacco control and dissuasion cognition in public places,give full play to the role of the dominant group,standardize the setting of regulated smoking areas and no-smoking signs,increase the enforcement and punishment of tobacco
