摘 要:针对工艺方案决策领域存在指标赋权不合理、决策精度不高的问题,以蓝宝石超精密研磨工艺为研究对象,设计了一种可由主客观综合赋权的工艺方案多属性决策方法,开发蓝宝石超精密研磨工艺决策支持系统,包括基础数据库模块以及工艺方案多属性决策模块,并通过实验验证了该系统的有效性和可行性。研究表明:该系统提高了知识数据重用率,并能对有限工艺方案进行决策与选优。To improve the unreasonable index weighting and low decision-making accuracy in the process plan decision-making,and with the sapphire ultra-precision grinding process as the research object,a process plan multi-attribute decision method of subjective and objective comprehensive weighting was designed,by which a sapphire ultra-precision grinding process decision support system was developed,which includes the basic database module and the multi-attribute decision-making module of the process plan.Through experiments,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system were verified,which shows that the system improves the reuse rate of knowledge data and has the capability of decision-making and optimal selecting of limited process plan.
