摘 要:振动轮是振动压路机核心部件之一,振动轮高温漏油是压路机主要故障之一,直接影响用户的使用。从多方面分析引起高温漏油故障的主要原因,针对振动轴承、油封、结构等设计问题提出改进措施。为了验证改进后结构的可靠性,进行样机温升对比试验和400 h振动试验。结果表明:改进措施有利于改善振动轴承的润滑和散热,提升了振动轮可靠性和使用寿命。As one of the core components of vibratory roller,vibration wheel,with its high temperature oil leakage being one of the main faults of roller,may directly affect the construction of user.Regarding the problem,the main reasons for the oil leakage were analyzed from various aspects,and the improved measures concerning the designing of bearing,oil seal,and structure were proposed.In order to verify the reliability of the improved structure,the temperature rise contrast test and 400 h vibration test of the prototype were carried out.The results show that the modifed measures are beneficial to improving the lubrication and heat dissipation of the vibration bearing,which enhances the reliability and service life of the vibration wheel.
