摘　　要：为解决目前基于Marlin的3D打印机没有内置网络接口的问题,分析当前流行的基于ARM的网络接口方式,提出集成基于W5x00的嵌入式以太网控制器作为3D打印机云接口的方案和设计方法,并基于此对整个公司的3D打印机做了集群化改造,接入到云制造服务平台。这种方法的兼容性好、开发周期短、成本低,可以实现无盘打印,大大提高了打印机的利用效率,更便于集中管理。With regard to the 3D printer based on Marlin in absence of built-in network interface,the scheme and design method of integrating the embedded Ethernet controller based on W5x00 as the cloud interface of 3D printer are proposed by analyzing the current popular network interface mode based on ARM.Based on the design,all the 3D printers of the company are transformed into a cluster and connected to the cloud manufacturing service platform.The new means,with the advantages of good compatibility,short development cycle and low cost,can realize diskless printing,which greatly improves the utilization efficiency of printers and has greater convenience for centralized management.
